A portable terminal having a camera lens assembly is provided to generate a rotation sound when a camera lens is rotated in the portable terminal, and easily adjust a rotation angle of the camera lens by stopping the rotation of the camera lens at a uniform angle whenever the camera lens is rotated. The first and second center hinge arms(31,32) are disposed in a hinge axis direction of one side of a folder(20). A camera lens assembly(100) is composed between the first and second center hinge arms(31,32). A tick torque pole is formed in a certain position of a side of the camera lens assembly(100). A tick torque part(300) is combined to a side of the first and second center hinge arm(31,32), and is provided in a position corresponding to the tick torque pole. The tick torque part(300) generates a rotation sound and simultaneously adjusts a rotation angle according to the rotation of the camera lens assembly(100).
