An electromotive compressor is provided to improve the cooling efficiency of an electromotive motor by supplying a refrigerant after sucking the refrigerant into a motor chamber, thereby improving performance of an electromotive compressor. A motor part(10) is formed of a motor housing(11) having an electromotive motor(13) installed at an inner motor chamber(12) for rotating a driving shaft(14) and having a refrigerant suction port(15) sucking an external refrigerant into the motor chamber. Front and rear housings(30,60) are installed at one side of the motor part, each having suction chambers(31,61) and discharge chambers(32,62) and having a refrigerant discharge port(64) at one of the housings. A cylinder block(40) is installed between the front and rear housings, having a plurality of bores(41a,42a). A swash plate(50) is rotated with the driving shaft in a swash plate chamber(43) in the cylinder block. A piston(51) interworks with the swash plate for reciprocating in the bores. A compression part(20) has a plurality of refrigerant supply holes(34,41c) making the motor chamber communicate with the swash plate chamber.
