Provided is a non-aqueous electrolyte cell with improvement of excellent cycling property and high stability using lithium manganate as positive active material without dissolution of lithium manganate at high temperature caused by reaction of electrolyte and electrode. The electrolyte cell comprises an electrode body(1), a laminate housing(3) folded into two portions and sealed at sealing parts(4a,4b,4c) to form a reception space carrying polymeric electrolyte consisting of lithium salt in non-aqueous solvent together with the electrode body(1). The electrode body is formed of a positive electrode, a negative electrode, polymer electrolyte, and a separator in a winding form. The separator is a micro-porous membrane comprising olefin based resin and has 0.025mm thickness. The polymer electrolyte is prepared by polymerizing prepolymer among a prepolymer electrolyte containing non-aqueous solvent, electrolyte salt and prepolymer. The prepolymer is polyester acrylate and/or polyester methacrylate. |
