A duct for a vehicle is provided to prevent a noise due to generation of vortex while increasing ventilation by equally dividing an inner section of a duct, thereby improving a feeling of riding of passengers. A duct(100) is formed between a blower installed at an air conditioning unit of a vehicle and a ventilation grill(200) installed at a car body(300). A plurality of separation walls(110) are arranged in the duct at equal gaps, facing a ventilation direction. The plurality of separation walls separate a section of the duct at equal gaps to guide cool or warm air sent from the blower in a laminar flow state to the ventilation grill while maintaining the laminar flow state.
