A device for fixing a card mounted on a shelf is provided to reduce the number of work processes by fixing the card in which a PCB is mounted or a preliminary card in holding grooves of upper and lower frames of the shelf by a detachable member using the shape recovery of a plate spring. An operating space is formed in an internal side of upper and lower parts of a front panel(32). A detachable member(60) installed in the upper and lower parts of the front panel(32) mounts and dismounts a preliminary card(30') in holding grooves(221,231) of upper and lower frames(22,23) through the operating space. The detachable member(60) has a fixed flap which closely adheres to the front panel(32). The detachable member(60) has an elastic flap which returns an one-side end of the fixed flap at an original state. The removable member(60) has a holding flap which combines the holding grooves(221,231) of the upper and lower frames(22,23) to an end of the elastic flap. The detachable member(60) has a pressure flap which moves the holding flap. The fixed flap, the elastic flap, the holding flap, and the pressure flap are formed as one body.
