An imitation discriminating device is provided to raise reliability of discriminating the imitation and genuine goods. If a switch(21) is pushed, a CPU(20) is activated by an external interrupt. The CPU(20) receives a clock from an oscillator(23), and processes the clock according to a program in an EEPROM(24). An RF receiving circuit(26) converts an analog signal to a digital signal and transmits the converted digital signal to the CPU(20). The CPU(20) stores the digital signal in a register. The CPU(20) transmits a manufacturer code stored in the EEPROM(24) to an RF driver(25). The RF driver(25) converts the digital signal to the analog signal and outputs the analog signal through an antenna(27).
