Provided is a baby walker to be used for walk exercising of a baby, to allow adjustment of the entire heights thereof, and to allow reduction of the size of an upper frame member. The baby walker includes a ring-shaped lower frame member supported on wheels, an upper frame member formed with an opening for receiving a baby, a main frame(51) rotatably connected with the lower frame member and the upper frame member, an upper auxiliary frame(53) having one end rotatably connected with an upper portion of the main frame and other end slidably connected with the upper frame member, a lower auxiliary frame(55) having one end rotatably connected with a lower portion of the main frame and other end slidably connected with the lower frame member, a interlocking member for interlocking an intersecting angle of the upper auxiliary frame relative to the main frame and an intersecting angle of the lower auxiliary frame relative to the main frame, a fixing member for fixing the intersecting angle of the upper auxiliary frame and the intersecting angle of the lower auxiliary frame.
