A chair-type massaging device applying a body monitoring camera is provided to enable a user to monitor a current self posture or a specific part and the face of the user while being massaged, to overall observe the user's body parts, so that the user can observe self body pats while an observed image is stored in an image storage medium or monitored through a monitor. Solenoids(24,25) perform a massaging function. Guides(20,21) guide motions of the solenoids(24,25) in one direction. A body contact exercising plate(23) vibrates a specific part of a user's body by moving in certain direction along the guides(20,21). A control device(26) controls various vibrations. A remote control device(10) is associated with the control device(26). A camera device(50) enables the user to easily observe each part of the user's body while the user is massaged. A video processor(60) converts a video signal photographed by the camera device(50) into the first video signal. A composite video processor(70) converts a result signal of the video processor(60) into a composite video signal.
