A rubber hose for high-pressure gas is provided to improve permeability of inner gas and durability of inside rubber while maintaining excellence of rubber, to secure a fine exterior view, to secure excellent internal environment, to prevent breakage of the rubber hose, and to prevent a gas leakage of a fastened part of the rubber hose. In a rubber hose(100) for high-pressure gas, a binder is put on the surface of a hose made of nylon66 for improvement of thermal resistance and chemical resistance. A NBR(Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) layer and vinylon are successively layered in multi-layers on the binder to constitute an inner resin layer. An EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Dine Methylene) rubber layer is layered on the outer surface of the inner resin layer. The end of the hose for high-pressure gas is closely inserted in an inner hose insertion groove(170) of a fastening unit(190) in a state of interposing an adhesive agent(180).
