An electroluminescence display device is provided to comprise plural pixels while each pixel consists of 4 sub pixels, and to make the sub pixels which are horizontally adjacent to each other have the same height, then to make at least one of the sub pixels have a different size from other sub pixels, thereby easily designing a circuit. A single square-shaped pixel(12) is configured by 4 RGBW sub pixels disposed in the second row and second column. At least one of the sub pixels is different from the corresponding sub pixels in size, and is disposed in the same row. A height of the sub pixels which are horizontally adjacent to each other is the same while the corresponding sub pixels are disposed in the same column. A width of the sub pixels which are vertically adjacent to each other is the same.
