A connector device functioning as an accessory by transmitting battery information and data between cellular phones is provided to connect a charged cellular phone with a discharged cellular phone by using two connectors, thereby immediately making a call while charging the cellular phone. By connecting a plus contact(1) with the other plus contact(3) and connecting a minus contact(2) with the other minus contact(4), a voltage and a current can flow to charge a discharged cellular phone with the voltage and the current. In case of a general charging process, two necessary connectors are connected and attached one to one, to make a voltage and a current flow.
