A grille and a cooking apparatus with the grille are provided to prevent an explosion noise produced from the grille or a cooling fluid from being splashed to the outside of the grille when the cooling fluid is overheated, by improving structure of the grille. A grille comprises plural grille pipes(51) formed in a hollow shape; a water tank(40) formed in a state of communicating with the inside of each grille pipe to receive a cooling fluid; a discharge port(62) formed to the top of the water tank; and guide members(63) guiding steam produced from the inside of the water tank to the discharge port side. The guide member is arranged to the inside of the water tank, and the height of the inner space of the water tank of the lower side of the guide member is gradually increased toward the discharge port.
