A hinge device of a folder type mobile terminal is provided to enhance assembling by mounting a hinge support cap as a one-touch type at a hinge housing. A guide shaft(206) is integrally formed at the center of a rotary cam(202). A slide cam(208) is engaged with the rotary cam(202). A spring holder(216) having a through hole(214) supporting to allow the guide shaft(206) to reciprocally move vertically, and a shaft holder(234) having a guide hole(232) are installed at the center of a hinge support cap(230). A slide guide(218) and an insert guide(236) tightly attached with an inner surface of a hinge housing(250) to support vertical reciprocating are formed at each one side of the slide cam(208) and the hinge support cap(230).
