A driving apparatus, a display apparatus having the same and a driving method of the driving apparatus are provided to remove a noise on a screen that arises after a block of power supply in the display apparatus. The first switching part(120) switches a power supply voltage(DVDD) in response to the first switching signal(SCS1). A control part(110) outputs a gate control signal and a data control signal in response to a control signal(TCS) and the power supply voltage from the first switching part. A voltage generation part outputs the power supply voltage as the first, second and third driving voltages. The second switching part(160) switches the first, second and third driving voltages in response to the second switching signal(SCS2). A gate driving part(150) outputs a gate signal in response to the gate control signal and the first and second driving voltages from the second switching part. A data driving part(140) outputs a data signal in response to the data control signal and the third driving voltage from the second switching part.
