A global monitor network analyzer is provided to use various statistical information obtained by monitoring/analyzing header information of MIDI data, audio compression data, and video compression data, thereby reducing transmission delay of the data. When a global monitor network analyzer is executed, a global monitor logo with a black background is located on a center. A global monitor character and a name of a network interface card are shown on a title bar. The global monitor network analyzer analyzes/monitors MIDI transmission data, and uses necessary statistical information. The global monitor network analyzer analyzes/monitors audio/video compression data, and uses necessary statistical information.
