An encryption decoder (6) detects encryption in each digital audio contents unit, and a wobble detector (13) detects a wobble pattern of an optical disk (1), and in the case where the contents data is encrypted, the system controller (12) determines whether the wobble pattern is present or not, and when the wobble pattern is present, the reproduction is stopped, and when the wobble pattern is not present, the reproduction is controlled based on the digital CCI (7).
