A polarization plate, an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) are provided to decrease a change of a transmission ratio and a polarization degree caused by heat and humidity and to prevent optical leakage by using the polarization plate in the LCD, wherein passivation films having different humidity transmission degrees are placed at both sides of a polarizer of the polarization plate, thereby improving display quality. A polarization plate is comprised of the first passivation film(1a), a polarizer(2) and the second passivation film(1b) which are stacked sequentially. A humidity transmission degree of the first passivation film is lower than that of the second passivation film. |
