Functional old man's pants for prevention of eczema containing the edge of functional fabric having disinfecting function and negative ion- and far infrared ray-emitting function at the position which comes in contact with two legs are provided. They prevent the occurrence of skin disease such as eczema in an old man when wearing them. The functional old man's pants(1) have a fabric edge part(2a,2b) which comes in contact with two legs of an old man, in which the edge part is obtained by sewing the edge part of conventional fabric with functional fabric. The functional fabric is manufactured by impregnating a fabric of soft natural and synthetic fiber yarn and silver yarn having disinfecting function with far infrared ray emitting bioceramics such as aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, iron oxide, zeolite, etc and negative ion- and far infrared ray-emitting tourmaline.
