WELDING ROBOT

A welding robot is provided to weld a predetermined welding part repeatedly according to a preset program, to weld up and down or left and right actively, to access a corner between welded members with an approachable welding torch and efficiently weld a broad part, and to save labor force and time by automating the welding work. A welding robot comprises a welding manipulator(100) including a welding torch(103) on one distal end thereof and a transferring unit(10) loading the welding manipulator and moving to a predetermined working place. The manipulator comprises: a horizontal arm(104) having a back end combined with an upper part of the transferring unit; a vertical arm(101) combined on a distal end of the horizontal arm to possibly move up and down vertically; and a gyration driving unit(105) turning the horizontal arm to move the vertical arm along a linear path. The welding torch is installed on the lower end of the vertical arm to be turned left and right.
