A method for registering and examining secondhand vehicle by on-line is provided to advertise that the vehicle is examined in free, and to immediately provide a free exam service when a user requests to exam the secondhand vehicle. A purchaser receives general information of a secondhand vehicle and checks if the secondhand vehicle is registered as safe goods for sale when registering the secondhand vehicle from a seller. If the secondhand vehicle is registered as the safe goods, the seller advertises that the secondhand vehicle is registered as the safe goods for sale. The purchaser requests to exam the general information about the secondhand vehicle to an examining server.
