A device for measuring the leakage of brake oil of a vehicle is provided to decide and warn an oil leakage state by calculating the total volume of the brake oil filled in a master cylinder and a brake cylinder and comparing the total volume with a set value. A device for measuring the leakage of brake oil(4) of a vehicle is composed of a master cylinder(1) for storing the brake oil; a float(2) floating on the brake oil; a first sensor(3) for detecting the amount of the brake oil filled in the master cylinder by measuring the height of the float; a brake cylinder(6) connected with the master cylinder through a connecting hose(5) to move the brake oil filled in the master cylinder; a second sensor(7) installed at the side of the brake cylinder to measure the movement of the brake cylinder; a control unit for detecting the leakage of the brake oil by calculating values of the first and second sensors; and a warning lamp for informing a driver of an oil leaking state by a control signal output from the control unit.
