IN VITRO METHOD AND KIT FOR DETECTING CERVICAL CANCER-ASSOCIATED ?? delta ?? INFECTION

An in vitro method and kit for detecting cervical cancer-associated HPV infection are provided, thereby improving specificity and sensitivity of detection for HPV infected cells, so that the method and kit can be useful for diagnosis of cervical cancer. The in vitro method for detecting cervical cancer-associated HPV infection comprises the steps of: (a) preparing biological samples including cells; (b) treating the biological samples with H2O2 to inactivate endogenous peroxidase in the biological samples; (c) treating the biological samples with a first monoclonal antibody showing reactivity against an antigen derived from HPV; (d) treating the biological samples with a second antibody linked with peroxidase which is capable of binding to the first antibody; (e) immuno-staining the biological samples with a coloring substrate of the peroxidase linked to the second antibody; and (f) measuring the immuno-staining of the biological samples.
