A suspension system and a control method thereof of a vehicle are provided to electronically control a driving unit of the suspension system regardless of the kinds of sensors by discriminating whether an input sensor is digital or analog type with one ECU(Electronic Control Unit). In a device for electronically controlling a suspension system(30) of a vehicle by responding to a signal detected by a sensor, the suspension system is composed of a first sensor(10) for measuring an outer detection signal by an analog signal; a second sensor(20) for measuring the outer detection signal by a digital signal; an interface(32) for receiving and transmitting the analog signal measured by the first sensor; a transmitting unit(34) for receiving and sending the digital signal measured by the second sensor; and an ECU(36) for controlling a driving unit(38) of the suspension system by responding to the analog signal of the first sensor transmitted through the interface and the digital signal of the second sensor sent from the transmitting unit.
