DAMPER FOR SPEAKER AND SPEAKER HAVING THEREOF

A damper for a speaker and a speaker having the same are provided to improve the whole power or characteristics of the speaker by enlarging vibration range. The damper(10) for a speaker helps vibration of a diaphragm between a voice coil and a frame of the speaker. According to the damper, a body(11) has an assembly hole(12) inserted with a voice coil at the center. An adhesion plane(14) is formed at an edge part of a long radius part of the body, and is fixed to the frame. A cut plane(16) is formed by cutting a part of the edge of a small radius part of the body. A rib(18) suppresses divided vibration by being formed on the long radius part of the body. The vibration range is determined by the long radius part.
