An advertisement system and method of transportation unit using radio network and bluetooth is provided to supply commercial of moving picture, text, or still picture with high definition to customers using a display attached on one side of the transportation unit such as a car, bus, or truck. An advertisement server(100) includes a commercial DB which produces and stores various contents and commercials. The advertisement server(100) also includes a wireless transceiver for data communication with the wireless network(200). A controller(300) receives the various contents and the commercial information transmitted from the wireless network(200), converts the contents and the commercial information to bluetooth compatible information, and transmits the converted information to a display unit(400). The display unit(400) is set on one side of a transportation unit, receives and displays the information transmitted from the controller(300) on a screen.
