PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma torch provided with a function to sufficiently cool a shield cap. SOLUTION: This plasma torch is provided with a nozzle 17 arranged so that an electrode is covered across a plasma gas path at the tip part of a torch main body 1 for cutting a material 71 to be cut by generating a plasma arc 81 between an electrode main body 13 an the material 71 through the orifice 18 of the nozzle 17. When a shield cap 21 is provided through an insulating body 19 on the outer periphery of the nozzle 17, cooling water can be introduced into a space 63 facing the shield cap 21 and the nozzle 17. |
