An indoor unit of an air-conditioner is provided to prevent infiltration of foreign substances and to prevent inner pollution by hermetically sealing air suction ports when the air-conditioner is stopped or kept for a long time. A base(50) has a lower air suction guide part(50a). A rear cabinet is arranged on a rear part of the base. A front cabinet(70) is arranged on a front part of the base, having air suction ports(70a,70b) formed at lower parts of both sides and air discharge ports(72a,72b,72c) formed at upper parts of both sides. A lower vane(52) is arranged at the lower air suction guide part of the base for opening and shutting the lower air suction guide part while guiding suction of air. |
