A multifunctional high-storied reef is provided to offer a space suitable for adhesive fish, walking fish and migratory fish to inhabit and reside by manufacturing an artificial reef in a multifunctional high-storied pyramid shape having about 30m height. The artificial reef(1) is formed in pyramid type frame structure comprised of a lower frame(20) and first and second intermediate frames(30,40) by connecting a transverse frame(2), a longitudinal frame(3) and a vertical frame(4) so as to cross in a grid pattern and connecting a vertical reinforcing rib(5) and a transverse reinforcing rib(6) integrated with each other between the frames(2,3,4). A channel pipe(21) with a plurality of moving holes(22) penetrated on the body thereof is inserted along the edge of the lower frame(20) at the inside of the edge of the lower frame(20) of the artificial reef(1). A plurality of shielding plates(31,41) are inserted at regular intervals at an angel of 30 to 45degs. inside the space formed by the frames(2,3,4) and the reinforcing ribs(5,6) in the first and second intermediate frames(30,40).
