Provided is an automatic urine disposal device with an easily attachable and detachable urine disposal tube, in order to improve hygienic effect of the urine disposal device. The automatic urine disposal device includes a urine receptacle operated by a vacuum pump(51); a urine discharge tube connected to a one-touch joint and to one of tube guide openings formed on a lid to be detachable; a urine sensor for sending urine sense signals to a control board(52) for controlling the vacuum pump(51); a urine tank(30); a lid plate(41) and a lid case for creating a space for the vacuum pump(51); a motor(50) for driving the vacuum pump(51); a suction tube(14) and an air discharge tube(15) linked to the vacuum pump(51); and a manual switch for manually driving the motor(50).
