A heat exchanger using induction heating is provided to increase the energy efficiency in using induction heating and to secure the high stability by transmitting energy through a magnetic field. If an induction heating generating substrate switches a switching element, an alternating current of tens of kHz is generated at a working coil(1) to form magnetic flux between the working coil and a stainless steel. The magnetic flux generates vortex around the stainless steel while passing through the stainless steel. The generated vortex heats a stainless steel plate at a high speed. A control circuit(3) controls the working coil. A heat exchanger(3) receives heat for transmitting the heat to water. A temperature sensor(4) controls a closed loop.
