A pressure detecting apparatus is provided to protect a sensing part according to over pressure by preventing pressure having the strength above a predetermined strength. A pressure detecting apparatus includes a pressure guide(104). The inner space of the pressure guide(104) is sequentially filled with a soft epoxy(120) and a soft gel(122). A contact part(116) on which pressure from an external environment is first exerted an influence is inserted into the upper part of the soft epoxy(120). The inner space of the pressure guide(104) has a narrower width according to the direction in which pressure is delivered. Force delivered through the soft epoxy(120) and the soft gel(122) is concentrated on a position of a sensing part(110).
