METHOD FOR MAKING STAMPER FOR LARGE SIZE LIGHT GUIDE PLATE

A method of manufacturing a stamper for a light guide plate with wide area is provided to form a photoresist film so that it can have sufficient surface smoothness and uniform thickness capable of control. A photoresist film(110) is coated on the surface of a substrate(100) which is polished and has fine roughness. The whole surface of the coated photoresist film is smoothed by pressuring with a pressure plate(200). The photoresist film is exposed to light and developed correspondingly to a certain pattern. An electroformed structure is formed on the substrate. The electroformed structure is exfoliated from the substrate.
