A self-folding seat of a vehicle is provided to automatically fold a seat back in releasing a striker from a latch installed at a vehicle body and to easily check that the striker is exactly fixed to the latch in fixing the seat back. A self-folding seat of a vehicle is composed of a seat back installed with strikers on an upper rear side; a latch disposed at a vehicle body to fix or release the striker according to controls of a releasing lever mounted in a trunk; and a hinge unit(300) for supporting the seat back to the vehicle body and elastically folding the seat back by an elastic unit(321). The hinge unit comprises a hinge bracket(310) formed with a fixing projection(311) and fastened to the seat back and a hinge body(320) hinge-combined with the hinge bracket. One end of the hinge body is fixed on an axial line of a hinge combined portion of the hinge bracket and the other end is fixed to the vehicle body by the elastic unit connected to the fixing projection of the hinge bracket.
