A dicer is provided to reduce the size, to simplify cutting structure of food, to make the cut shape of food uniform through exact cutting of food, to make the cut surface clean, to reduce waste of food caused by preventing a loss in the cutting process, and to reduce cost. A dicer comprises an input side conveyor(10) horizontally installed to an upper part of a body frame(1) to automatically feed frozen meat to shred frozen meat in the vertical direction; a frozen meat-pressing unit to flexibly press and move the frozen meat fed by the input side conveyor; a vertical cutting unit(30) to vertically shred the frozen meat pressed flat by the frozen meat-pressing unit; a frozen meat discharge unit(40) to discharge the frozen meat shredded in the vertical direction by the vertical cutting unit; a horizontal cutting unit(50) to horizontally cut the frozen meat cut in the vertical direction and to shred the frozen meat in hexahedron pieces; and an output conveyor(60) to supply the final frozen meat pieces cut in the horizontal direction to a holding vessel.
