A detachable seat of a vehicle is provided to make users exactly check that the seat is fixed to a floor panel as a color displayed through an indicating hole. A detachable seat of a vehicle is composed of a bracket(B) comprising a locking unit(100) composed of a lock cam and a lock plate(120) and selectively fixed to a striker(400) disposed on a floor panel and a body unit(200) for supporting the locking unit and covers(300) disposed at both sides of the bracket. An indicating hole(310) with a predetermined area is bored through the cover. A paint with high acknowledgement quality is coated on an interlocking portion of the locking unit to check a fixed state of the striker from the outside through the indicating hole. An indicating panel(121a) coated with an acknowledgeable paint is installed at the locking unit and fixed and combined to a lock plate pin(121) for guiding the movement of the lock plate.
