A refrigerator, a vacuum heat insulation panel and a method manufacturing thereof are provided to maintain the absorbing performance of an absorbing agent without damaging the dealing efficiency and the productivity in manufacturing a vacuum heat insulation panel and to maintain excellent heat insulation performance for a long time. A refrigerator has an insulator formed by arranging a vacuum heat insulation panel(1) at the inside of an external case(22) and filling a foamed heat insulation material(24) between the external case and an inner case. The vacuum heat insulation panel includes a core member, an absorbing member(4) and an outer cover material formed of a gas barrier film while containing the core material and the absorbing member. The absorbing member includes an absorbing agent absorbing moisture and a packaging material covering the absorbing agent while passing vapor without passing water drops.
