Provided is a non-aqueous electrolyte cell with improvement of excellent cycling property without leakage of electrolyte by comprising vinylene carbonate derivative and cyclic acid anhydride in polymer electrolyte. The electrolyte cell comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode and polymer electrolyte. The polymer electrolyte is prepared by polymerizing prepolymer among a prepolymer electrolyte containing non-aqueous solvent, electrolyte salt and prepolymer. The prepolymer comprises polyester monomer, as well as vinylene carbonate derivative and cyclic acid anhydride. The cyclic acid anhydride is represented by formula 1 (wherein n is 0 to 4; R1, R2, R3, R4 are independently hydrogen atom, linear or branched alkyl, alkenyl or aryl group; R5, R6 is independently hydrogen or linear or branched alkyl group having 4 carbon atoms). |
