To provide a roller slot perforator for sliding door chassis having marking pin placed on setting block, wherein the setting block effectively supports and buffers load of the front of glass and transmits the load of the glass concentrated on the setting block to the vertical center of a roller body to fundamentally block deterioration of opening property and generation of noise of door. In an ordinary perforator for door chassis in which a punching blade(2) formed in a projected rectangular shape is connected to one side of a rectangular plate shaped flange(1), and two punching pins(3,3') vertically erected are connected to the flange at both sides of the punching blade, the roller slot perforator for sliding door chassis having marking pin placed on setting block is characterized in that a plurality of screw holes(10,10') are formed at the center of a front part of the punching blade, and a lower part of the marking pin for marking a placement point on the setting block of the door chassis is screw connected to one of the screw holes, wherein the marking pin and the punching blade are integrally formed, and wherein a front part of the marking pin is formed into a semispherical grooved surface shape, an inclined surface shape or a wedged surface shape with a tip.
