A vehicle interior map lamp assembly is provided to reduce the number of parts by forming a switch unit and a lighting unit integrally with each other such that a lens cover serves as a switch. A vehicle interior map lamp assembly comprises a combined switch and lens cover(120), a hinge shaft(130), a guide member(24), a first elastic member, a guide groove, and a pin member. The combined switch and lens cover serves as a lens cover for adjusting the quantity of light emission and a press switch. The hinge shaft is arranged at one side of the combined switched and lens cover. The guide member is pressed when the combined switch and lens cover rotates centering from the hinge shaft. The first elastic member provides an elastic force in the direction for raising the guide member. The guide groove is formed at one side of the guide member. The pin member moves along the guide groove such that the guide member is locked at an ON position or an OFF position.
