[Also in Division C2] Herbicidal compositions, suitable for application as solutions, emulsions, suspensions, dusts, or in granular form mixed with fertilizers, comprise as the active ingredient a 1,2, 4-oxadiazine of the formula wherein X is halogen, or a nitro, trifluoromethyl, C 1-4 alkyl, methoxy or methylsulphonyl radical, n is 0 to 3, R<SP>1</SP> is hydrogen or a C 1-4 alkyl radical, an aralkyl or cycloalkyl radical, R<SP>2</SP> is hydorgen or a C 1-4 alkyl radical, and R<SP>3</SP> is hydrogen, a C 1-4 alkyl radical or a phenyl radical which may be substituted by halogen or methyl. The compositions may also contain other herbicides, such as triazines, dichloroalkylcarboxylic acid derivatives, ureas, uracils and pyridazones.</p> |
