An assembling concrete block and an environment-friendly road pavement method thereby are provided to prevent dust or a puddle, and to construct a road easily by arranging plural concrete blocks in an unpaved road and fastening the concrete blocks with fixing pins. An assembling concrete block(10) is composed of plural projections protruded, spaced from each other and arranged at regular intervals, plural connecting parts integrally extended between the projections, plural planting areas formed and penetrated between the projections and the connecting parts, and link parts protruded outside the projections placed in corners of the assembling concrete block. A fixing pin(30) is composed of a fitting link inserted and combined with the link part of the concrete block and fastened to a ground. The environment-friendly road is constructed by assembling the concrete blocks with the fixing pins. A reinforcing bar is mounted in the projection and the connecting part and made of steel mesh or steel reinforcement. |
