Provided are an impeller and an apparatus comprising the impeller effective for continuously generating a large amount of micro pores and highly dissolving gas in liquid as well as smooth movement of liquid having high gas dissolution rate, thereby employing in various applications such as waste water treatment, fish farming, ice cream production, foaming resin manufacture, etc. The impeller(1) comprises a disc type plate(2) having a plurality of holes(5), multiple curved guidance blades(4) having gas guiding routes(3) connected with the holes(5), and a shaft reception part(7) equipped on bottom side of the plate(2) to allow a gas passage(6a) communicating with the gas guiding routes(3) via holes(5,5a,5b). The gas and liquid mixing pump comprises a front housing having a liquid inflow hole, a backside housing penetrated by a driving shaft of a driving device and having a discharging hole on rim of the housing and the impeller received between the front and the backside housings and connected to the driving shaft.
