Photoprotective composition (A) comprises, in an aqueous carrier, at least one photoprotective system (B) able to filter UV radiation, and a polymer (I) comprising at least one each of mutually incompatible segments (S1, S2) with different glass transition temperatures (Tg). Photoprotective composition (A) comprises, in an aqueous carrier, at least one photoprotective system (B) able to filter UV radiation, and a polymer (I) comprising at least one each of mutually incompatible segments (S1, S2) with different glass transition temperatures (Tg). S1 and S2 are linked by an intermediate segment (IS) that contains at least one monomer present in S1 and at least one present in S2, and (A) has polydispersity index (PDI) at least 2.
