A window frame of a living room for expanding interior space of a building is provided to make the best use of interior space by moving the window frame variably and promptly into a balcony or a living room according to season. A window frame(30) of a living room is manufactured and installed near a balcony window frame to make the best use of interior space by expanding the interior space into a balcony. Upper and lower box-shaped rails(10a,10b) are installed and fastened to a ceiling slab and a floor slab from a starting portion of the balcony to the balcony window frame. A couple of folding window frames are moved along the upper and lower box-shaped rails by a revolving roller hinge(22). A packing rubber(32) is mounted in a contact portion of the folding window frames, and sealing moldings(36a) integrated with sealing projections(34) are formed in the window frames. An insertion groove(38) is integrally formed in the front of the window frame to insert the sealing projection of the sealing molding.
