Provided are a method for forming a crosslinking foamed body and a crosslinking foamed body prepared by the method, to allow the pressure and volume of air charged into the internal space of a foamed body to be controlled variously. The crosslinking foamed body comprises a formed main body; and at least one internal hollow structure comprising an arbitrary shape of internal forming surface formed in the inside of the formed main body, wherein the formed main body and the internal hollow structure are formed in one body simultaneously with foaming. The method comprises the steps of (S100) preparing at least one forming material for crosslinked foaming processed into a planar or three dimensional shape in the state of inhibition of crosslinked foaming; (S400) forming at least one boundary surface of a specific shape on the surface of at least one forming material by using at least one boundary material to prevent the physical or chemical bonding between the forming materials; and (S500) foaming the forming material having a boundary surface.
