Moist disinfectant wipes containing a bacteriocin and use thereof

Disclosed are moist paper wipes containing a bacteriocin disinfectant formulation, which have a low alcohol content and which afford rapid, one-step disinfecting and drying of surfaces. Also disclosed is a method of disinfecting and drying of skin, including cow teat skin, either prior to or after milking, which employs the wipes.
