The washbasin (7) is fitted to the cover (12) of a WC cistern (2) and has a tap (19) connected by a pipe (20) and stop valve (1) to an existing stop valve (3) in the cistern water supply pipe (4). The cistern is filled via a float valve (9) and emptied by a push-button (10) connected by a cable (11) to its outlet plunger (8). The washbasin is drained through an outlet (13) with a plug connected to a hole in the WC cover, finished with a mastic seal (17).
