<p>The bone screw includes a threaded shaft (20), a tip (24) and a device (25) for coupling between the end (26) of the tip and the shaft. The coupling is constituted by a cylindrical hole (30) formed in the end (23) of the shaft and by a cylindrical part (31) fixed to the tip, the cylindrical part being complementary to the hole to be inserted in it. The cylindrical part and the hole are connected to each other so that when the action of a torsional force applied between the tip and the shaft, passes a set value, the cylindrical part separates from the hole.</p> |
