PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket issuing device for issuing a plurality of ticket bodies efficiently. SOLUTION: The ticket body is carried to a ticket body arrangement part by the first and second running members and the third and fourth running members. By preventing the ticket body from moving by a ticket body passage stop switching part, the plurality of ticket bodies can be accumulated between the first and second running members and the ticket body passage stop switching part, then carried to the ticket body arrangement part. In doing this, the ticket body is held between the first and the second running members by an elastic force of a fist elastic member. Then, by controlling an interval between the first and the second running members by an interval control means, accumulation of many ticket bodies and their simultaneous issuing can be performed efficiently.
