DESIGNING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RETURNABLE CONTAINER FOR GLASS MODULE TRANSPORT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a designing method and a manufacturing method of a returnable container for a glass module transport through simple operations in a short period of time by means of a three-dimensional CAD that can handle solid models. SOLUTION: The returnable container for glass module transport is designed in such a way that one of existing solid models of the returnable container for transport is selected as appropriate and the load of cushioning material is calculated after new glass module data are reflected on the solid model selected. When the calculated load of the cushioning material does not meet a standard, corrections are made to the area, height and the like of the cushioning material and the load is recalculated.
